The room was keeping clean by staff. By 5 min walk, drop by to large super market also take a jeepney within 10min, to get to SM city shopping mall. Front of the BLDG, there is a brewery and burger shop, tasting a craft beers. I had enjoy stay at there.

BEST hotel, we enjoyed staying, in a convenient location with access to the major shops, restaurants, and Ayala shopping centre. The staff were helpful despite we arrived earlier than the check-out time we were allowed to check in without any extra charges because the listing says you can request it. We were given a room facing the sea on request and the staff was helpful whenever we requested anything. The clean water was available for drinking which was convenient.

very large and clean room, comfortable bed, has all the basic needs (hair dryer, safe, ref, microwave oven) It is highly recommended for traveller who plan to stay longer. The staff are courteous and always willing to help. over all we enjoyed our stay. If we will have another chance to go to Cebu, we will definitely book again at Cebu Family Suites.

The location to Alaya Shopping Mall is within 15-minute walking distance from the hotel. On our last day of staying, we could do some shopping and the hotel is around 20-minute away from the airport. But be sure the staff book the taxi for you. We made a reservation for an early morning 4:00AM but the staff forgot it. The room is not quiet at night as it seems everyone is catching an early morning flight. Its room door cannot shut the noises out.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen. It’s clean and facilities look modern. It’s just what I was looking for as I was with my family. It’s such a great value for its price. All the staff were also friendly and helpful.

Their family rooms are very spacious. They were designed to be a 2-bedroom condo unit. There's a common area where you can gather. The best feature for me is one of the two bedrooms had their own toilet and bath, and the other t&b is accessible to the common area, which makes it perfect for group gatherings. The common area had access to a small balcony. There was a smart TV installed as well, though you'd have to use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime Video, etc.The refrigerator in the family rooms were full-sized. A microwave and electric kettle was also available. There was ample space in the kitchen counter. Some plates and utensils were also available to use. There was also a range hood readily installed for cooking but no stove or induction cooker. The beds were very comfortable. One of the bedrooms had a floor to ceiling window which was a nice feature. You can see the city and part of the mountain. Lots of natural light can come in. The bathrooms id say we're just enough. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. There were bidets in both toilets and shower heaters were also installed. All air-conditioners worked perfectly. There was a water dispenser in the hallway as well.

Spacious and clean and it has all amenities we needed for our stay. We are a family of 5 and it was such a great option to stay in a suite that accommodates our needs. The staffs were nice and processed our additional request immediately. Great location as well.
